    stroll through parks and fine landmarks from a perfect spot

    the hotel had a prime location for some weekend walks, with Parc Wilson just around a 15-minute stroll away and the excellent Church of Notre-Dame being less than 2 km, making it easy to explore Montluçon's charm at a leisurely pace.

    The breakfast selection leaves a fair bit to be desired-it lacks variety and the coffee could definitely pack more punch. Montluçon itself doesn't provide much excitement, and the pool temperature could be more inviting if you're looking to take a dip.

    We arrived 6 hours late due to severe weather, but the staff welcomed us warmly and accommodated our needs without fuss. The Standard Double Room felt comforting and had all the essential amenities, but the view from our window could have been more picturesque. The breakfast was delicious, yet I wished for a bit more variety-stronger coffee, perhaps? A culinary highlight was the Michelin-star dinner at La Chapelle. The atmosphere was elegant and the service perfect. The indoor pool was an oasis for relaxation, but it could use a touch more warmth to invite a longer dip. The staff's attention to detail was good.

    Chateau Saint-Jean offered an exquisite experience with perfect service. The dining at La Chapelle was a highlight, with good cuisine and excellent wine suggestions. Including the lovely Pascal.

    A touch more ambience in the spa would improve it.

    the breakfast was a bit disappointing. yet the suite was spacious with a lovely garden view. the staff were incredibly friendly and even brought pastries for us. the indoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day.

    Chateau Saint-Jean, Relais & Chateaux was a good escape! The spacious Privilege Double Nice furniture. The price of luxury was evident in the superb dining at La Chapelle, where the Michelin-star experience was an lovely highlight.

    The breakfast could use more variety.

    The Privilege Double Room offered ample space for relaxation. The spa facilities were excellent, while the indoor pool was a great addition for leisure. I particularly appreciated the beautiful garden view which enhanced my enjoyment of the stay.

    The breakfast selection lacks variety and could be improved.

    The staff here were super professional and took care of all my issues promptly. 😊 the breakfast had a great selection of delicious meals that I enjoyed. I honestly didn't want to leave, so I definitely recommend this place.
